Seng go sNang to re skyi zung was a Tibetan official whose status is not specified by the Old Tibetan Annals. In the winter of the Ox year [701-702], he gathered the assembly with the zhang bTsan to re lhas byin (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 137-138).
