Biographical data 

In Horse year [682, rNgegs (?)] Mang zham stag tsab and [gNubs] Mang nyen bzhi brtsan gathered the winter council at rTe'u mkhar (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 81-83). 

In Sheep year [719], rNgegs Mang zham stag tsab collected taxes in rTsang chen (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 213-214). 

rNgegs Mang zham stag tsab became blon che (Great Minister) after dBa's Khri sum rje rtsang bzher, in Ox year [725] (ms. PT 1287 l. 109-110, PT 1388-ITJ 750 l. 236-238). 

rNgegs Mang zham stag tsab gathered councils in Tiger year [726] (PT 1388-ITJ 750 l. 239-242). 

rNgegs Mang zham stag tsab died in Hare year [727] (PT 1388-ITJ 750 l. 244). 

After rNgegs Mang zham stag tsab, dBa's sTag sgra khong lod became blon che (ms. PT 1287 l. 110-111).

Notes 

The Old Tibetan Annal entry for Sheep year [719] reads "rngegs zha.mang zham sum snang" (PT 1288-ITJ 0750 l. 213). It was interpreted as "rNgegs zhang Mang zhang sum snang" in Bacot, Thomas, Toussaint 1946 p. 45 and was not reproduced in the translitteration of the OTDO database.
