In Ox year [713], after the death of gNubs Khri mnyen mon tsan, the vassals of the khud pa chen pho (?) were offered to dBa's Khri sum rje rtsang bzher (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 191-192). 

As a minister (blon) dBa's Khri sum rje rtsang bzher gathered the councils in the winter of Tiger year [714], in Hare year [715], and in the winter of Snake year [717] (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 193-207).

dBa's Khri sum rje rtsang bzher gathered councils with zhang bTsan to re [lhas byin] in the summer of Horse year [718], winter of Sheep year [719] and Monkey year [720] (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 207-219). 

In Bird year [721], after the death of dBa's Khri gzigs zhang nyen, zhang bTsan to re [lhas byin] and zhang Khri bzang stag tsab, the minister dBa's Khri sum rje rtsang bzher gathered the winter council (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 219-222).
