Biographical data 

[At the time of the disgrace of the mGar family, c. 700,] Khe rgad rGyal to re mdo snang offended Cog ro za (lady) and glorified the btsan po Khri 'Dus srong mang po rje (ms. PT 1287 l. 482-491). 

In Snake year [705, after the death of Khri 'Dus srong] Khe rgad mDo snang, together with [the (?)] lDeg ren pa' and mNon sNang grags, revolted [against the central authority (and was defeated and killed ?)] (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 150-152).

Notes 

Khe rgad rGyal to re mdo snang might have been of foreign origin : khe rged is used as an ethnonym in ms. PT 1283 l. 568 (possibly for Kirghiz or more likely Kheraït, see Venturi 2008 p. 25).
