The Indian scholar Phrad nya bar ma was working with the ban de Ye shes sde and the Indian mkhan po Dar ma pa la on the translation of buddhist texts in Tibetan (ms. PT 417)
Possibly identical to the indian scholar Prad dz.hâ bar ma who, according to the chronicle attributed to Ne'u Pandita, was invited to Tibet in the time of Khri gTsug lde brtsan (Ne'u Pandita 2010 ed. p. 24).
