Khu lHa bo mgo gar became blon che (great minister) after rNgegs 'Dud kyi rje (and was thus the third blon che, ms. PT 1287 l. 65). 

After Khu lHa bo mgo gar, lHo Thang 'bring ya stengs became blon che (ms. PT 1287 l. 66).

Notes 

"mGo gar" was also the name of a gsas (priest or divine being ? ms. PT 1043 l. 92 ). 

blon po lHabo and gNubs were ministers of Myi rmabu mching rgyal (? ms. PT 1039 l. 5)

According to the lDe'u chos 'byung, among other later chronicles, "Khu lHa bu mgon dkar" was the son of "Ru la skyes" (lDe'u jo sras, lDe'u chos 'byung, 1987 ed. p. 163, also lHa bu mgo dkar son of the blon po  Ru la skyes in dPal 'byor bzang po's rGya bod yig tshang p. 88).
