"rTsig" may be a family name : according to dBa' bzhed, "rTsig rMa rma" was a supporter of Buddhism against Bon in the debate of Hog year [759 ? 771 ?] (see dBa' bzhed p. 27, english transl. in Wangdu, Diemberger, Sørensen 2000 p. 60-63).
