Notes
Another character with a similar name, sPug Gyim tang rmang bu, lived under the reign of sTag bu snya gzigs. Since his lineage was cut after his death, he cannot be sPug Gyim brtsan rmang cung's father (maybe an elder brother ?).
They may be identified to two characters named by sGa ston tshul khrims rgyal mtshan in a list of twenty scholars (mkhas pa nyi shu) : the lde bon Gyim tsha rma chung and the lde bon Gyim tang rma bo (see sGa ston tshul khrims rgyal mtshan's bsTan pa'i shan 'byed 'phrul gyi me long p. 29).
