Biographical data 

Khu Mang po rje lha zung and the minister Mang rtsan ldong zhi gathered the winter council of mDo smad in Tiger year [702] (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 140-141). 

In Snake year [705], Khu Mang po rje lha zung became blon chen (Great Minister) [c. six or seven years after mGar Khri 'bring btsan brod's downfall] but was disgraced shortly after (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 154-155, PT 1287 l. 108). 

After Khu Mang po rje lha zung's disgrace, dBa's Khri gzigs zhang nyen became blon chen (ms. PT 1288-ITJ 750 l. 154-155, PT 1287 l. 108).
