Srong brtsan sgam po's father was Slon btsan rlung nam (ms. PT 1286 l. 61-62).
Srong brtsan sgam po's mother was Tshes pong za 'Bring ma thog dgos (ms. PT 1286 l. 61-62).
Srong brtsan sgam po may have been btsan mo Sad mar kar's brother (btsan po dral, ms. PT 1287 l. 401).
Srong brtsan sgam po's younger brother was bTsan srong (ms. PT 1288 l. 8).
