Tshes pong Khri btsan khong sto was a minister of Srong brtsan sgam po (ms. PT 1287 l. 277).

Together with Khu Khri do re smyang zung, gNubs sNya do re gtsug blon, rNgegs rGyal 'bring lan ton, 'O ma lde Khri bzang lod btsan, and Khu sMon to re phangs tshab, Tshes pong Khri btsan khong sto swore in the exchange of oaths between dBa's Phang to re dbyi tshab and Srong brtsan sgam po (ms. PT 1287 l. 275-278).
