Biographical data 

sPu de gung rgyal was Dri gum btsan po's son and heir (ms. PT 1286 l. 48)

Sha khyi was born as sPu de gung ryal, his posthumous name was Grang mo gnam bse' brstig (ms. PT 1287 l. 61).

Sha khyi was Dri gum btsan po's youngest son and Nya khyi's younger brother (rKong po inscr. l. 5).

Sha khyi was Dri gum btsan po's oldest son and Nya khyi's older brother (ms. PT 1287 l. 50).

Sha khyi and Nya khyi were exiled in rKong yul after Dri gum btsan po's death (ms. PT 1287 l. 21).

While in "rKong yul sbre nar", Sha khyi and Nya khyi met Ngar la skyes (ms. PT 1287 l. 40).

After Ngar la skye paid the ransom to the klu 'O de ring mo in order to regain Dri gum btsan po's corpse, Sha khyi and Nya khyi built a tomb to their father (ms. PT 1287 l. 48-49)

Sha khyi mustered 3000 warriors and went first to the fortress of Pying ba, then to Myang ro where the 100 male [vassals of (?)] Lo ngam and the 100 female [vassals of (?)] Lo ngam were killed and the fortress of Myang ro sham po fell (ms. PT 1287 l. 51-55). 

Sha khyi went to Ba chos gung thang (ms. PT 1287 l. 56). 

Sha khyi came back to Pying ba and claimed sovereignty (ms. PT 1287 l. 58). 

gSer brtsig [alias Sha khyi, alias sPu de gung rgyal]'s son and heir was Tho leg btsan po (ms. PT 1286 l. 49-50).

Notes

According to Ne'u Pandita (XIIIth century) Khri gum btsan po's successor was called 'O ste spu rgyal (Ne'u Pandita sNgon gi gtam me tog 'phreng ba zhes bya ba, p. 5).
